OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), OR
• THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OC Vet 4 Pets and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

18. Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND NOT IN COURT.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Any arbitration shall occur in the State of California unless otherwise required by law.

20. DMCA Copyright Policy
